Mirielle Tessier
Mirielle has been a Registered Nurse for more than 25 years, with the last 16 years dedicated to long-term care. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong passion for supporting seniors and advancing quality resident-centered care.
Her experience spans a variety of nursing and leadership roles within the long-term care sector, including 10 years of frontline nursing, followed by progressive leadership positions as Assistant Director of Care and, Director of Nursing.
Working across multiple areas of long-term care has provided Mirielle with valuable insight into the complexities of healthcare and the importance of collaborative, innovative approaches to meeting the needs of residents, families, and care teams.
Outside of work, Mirielle enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved in her church community.
