Resident Council

About our Resident Council
The Residents’ Council is a valued and essential part of the governance at Saint Luke’s Place, giving residents a strong voice in shaping their home environment.
Each year, residents elect their peers to represent them on the Council. These elected members meet regularly with a Staff Liaison and a Recording Secretary to:
- Discuss upcoming events and initiatives
- Share feedback and suggestions for quality improvement
- Raise concerns and explore solutions
- Contribute ideas that enhance daily life at Saint Luke’s Place
Residents’ Council meetings are resident-led, and attendance by family members or community guests is by invitation only from the Council.
To ensure transparency and communication:
- Meeting minutes are posted and accessible to all residents.
- Feedback and suggestions from the Council are documented and responded to in writing within 10 days of the meeting.
We deeply value the contributions of our Residents’ Council and appreciate their ongoing commitment to making Saint Luke’s Place a welcoming, responsive, and resident-centered home.
