I am interested to learn more about the Apartments – what are the costs, and how do I apply for an apartment at Saint Luke’s Place?
Seniors may apply for an apartment by way of completing an application form and returning it to the Business Office along with a deposit, which is refundable if the individual decides not to live in Saint Luke's Place. Once the application and the deposit have been submitted, prospective tenants are listed according to the date the Business Office received the application and the deposit. The Business Office also maintains a list of current rental rates for our apartments.
The wait time for an apartment to be offered may be lengthy, as Saint Luke's Place apartments are very popular in the local community. In the event that an apartment is offered to an applicant, and the individual refuses acceptance, he/she will not lose his/her place on the list.. Please contact the Business Office at (519) 658-5183 for further information.
