As part of our dedication to environmental stewardship and community connection, the Saint Luke’s Place Tree Program offers a meaningful way to honour loved ones through the planting of commemorative trees.

Support the Saint Luke’s Place Tree Program by donating a commemorative tree in memory of a family member, friend, or colleague. Your gift helps beautify our seven-acre campus and creates a lasting tribute for all to enjoy.
🌳 Tree Price: $700
🌲 Thoughtful Placement
Each memorial tree is considered individually and planted only in approved locations to ensure harmony with our campus landscape.
🍂 Seasonal Planting
Trees are typically planted during the fall season, from late September to December 1, when conditions are ideal for growth.
🔄 Ongoing Care
If a tree does not survive, it will be replaced during the next planting season—ensuring your tribute remains a lasting part of our community.
You may choose from the following tree options, depending on nursery availability:
- 🍒 Serviceberry (Amelanchier)
- 🌸 Redbud (Cercis) – available as single tree or clump
- 🍁 Red Maple (Acer rubrum)
- 🌿 Blue Beech (Carpinus caroliniana)
- 🌷 Tulip Tree
- 🌳 Beech
- 🌱 Ginkgo
- 🌲 Plane Tree
Please note: final selection is subject to seasonal nursery stock and site suitability.

Each plaque is typically black and measures 5 inches by 5¼ inches.

You may include a custom message. We recommend keeping it within 250 characters to ensure readability and fit.
🛠️ Installation
Plaques and pedestals are installed at the same time as the memorial tree, creating a complete and lasting tribute.
Memorial Benches are a symbol of Remembrance
The Memorial Bench Program at Saint Luke’s Place ffers donors the opportunity to dedicate a bench in recognition of a loved one. Benches are installed throughout our park-like setting, providing comfort to residents, families, and visitors while serving as a lasting tribute.
🪑 Bench Style: Saint Luke’s Place provides and installs composite/polywood benches.
➡️ Note: Pre-purchased benches cannot be accepted.
🏷️ Plaque: Each bench includes a personalized plaque featuring your chosen inscription.
📍 Placement: Bench location and installation timing are coordinated and approved by Saint Luke’s Place to ensure consistency and suitability.
