
Jenn Coburn
Jenn Coburn joined Saint Luke’s Place in May 2020 as the Associate Director of Nursing and Personal Care, and in 2022, she transitioned into the role of Director of Infection Prevention and Control. A graduate of the Registered Practical Nursing Program at Conestoga College in 1990, Jenn brings over 30 years of diverse healthcare experience to the leadership team.
Her background spans foodservice and nutrition, hospital pediatrics, community nursing with the Victoria Order of Nurses, resident service coordination, health and wellness administration, and general management of retirement living. She is a passionate and service-driven leader, dedicated to fostering positive relationships with staff, residents, and families.
Jenn is also a graduate of Queen’s University’s Infection Control Program through IPAC Canada, and is certified by the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology (CBIC)—further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in infection prevention and control.
