Susan has dedicated more than 30 years to the long-term care and retirement sectors, building a career focused on enriching the lives of seniors and supporting exceptional resident experiences.
She joined Saint Luke’s Place in September 2014 as a Support Services Assistant, bringing extensive healthcare experience and a strong commitment to service. In 2018, she assumed the role of Food Service and Nutrition Manager, where she continues to lead with passion, expertise, and a resident-centered approach.
Susan’s diverse background and hands-on experience have made her a valued leader within the organization. She is recognized for fostering strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and colleagues, and for her unwavering dedication to creating a welcoming environment where residents can thrive.
