Welcome Home
Building a Brighter Future for Seniors
At Saint Luke’s Place, we are deeply committed to meeting the growing demand for long-term care beds in Ontario—especially within our local community. We believe every individual deserves compassionate, high-quality care, and we’re proud to launch the Welcome Home Campaign to help make that vision a reality.
With a bold plan for the future, we’re embarking on a $90 million+ redevelopmentthat will add 78 new long-term care beds to the Waterloo Region. But this project is about more than bricks and mortar—it’s about creating a lasting legacy of dignity, respect, and support for seniors in our community.
We can’t do it alone.
To complete the final phase of this transformational initiative, we need to raise $12 million—and we’re calling on individuals, businesses, organizations, and foundations to join us. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in the lives of local seniors and help ensure they have a safe, welcoming place to call home.
“The expansion of Saint Luke’s Place is going to make a real impact for the Cambridge community. It means more seniors will have access to quality, compassionate care close to home. This project goes beyond adding beds; it strengthens support for families, enhances healthcare services, and fosters a community where aging with dignity is a priority.”
"Giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making a difference."
